Hi Guys,

I do some function protrait work, from 2-10 people, sometimes with groups of up to 20, all closed up.

now up till now I have been using my bosses elinchrom classic500's (2 of)

these are fine but a bit over my price range, now what I would like to know is, will the D-Lite 4 kit to go do the job?

I am also thinking of maybe doing some family portraits, for friends mainly

any help appreciated

I have the D-Lite 4 kit with the 200 for a backlight. I really like them so far.

I have the D-Lite 200's - can't talk about shooting 20 people but they are fine for small groups. Quality is fine - good controls. I am sure the 400's will be ok.
I dont think you can fit larger than a 3x4 foot softbox (medium) on the D-Lites. I guess you will be using umbrellas?
