Just wondering if how this loads to most people? It is just a test template.

Easy to navigate, pleasing, annoying........
TIA for your responses.

Just a few quick things.

Easy to navigate.

Intro loads slow. Put the "skip intro" at the start before it loads or drop the intro entirely.
Turn off music. Let user decide if the music should be on.

Really, really nice work. Seamless transitions. Not at all clunky. Intuitive. The music is decent which is quite rare, even the music on my own business site sucks  because of that it is Ok for me to have it start without user intervention. Load time is slow even on 8mbit connection but I guess that can't be helped. Once all is loaded then everything wiorks fast and easy. You could have a small notice pop up at intervals over the count down you have saying 'elements loading' or something as that may keep people in there waiting. Great models, great shots.

EDIT: under new collections there is a mouseover effect but images not clickable, which is confusing. Using latest Opera browser.

I have a ~2Mbit cable connection, and I found the load time to be pretty excessive.

took a bit to load, but totally worth it... it was a very seemless site, and navigation was awesome.

I'm on a cable connection - about 2.5 mips on average. It is slow to load, but once it does, its stunning. Very, Very nice work.

Unfortunately, for the casual browser, as opposed to someone who actually targets your site, the rule of thumb that I've heard is that if you don't catch the person's attention within about the first 5 seconds - forget it! They will simply move on, and all that beautiful work will be for naught.

I suggest you give an option right up front - a selection to enter the "flash" site, or an "HTML" site. That way, if someone is not in a hurry, they'll wait.

My 2 cents - took 10 seconds to load the into page that I immediately skipped into (IMPO) loose the into add that as a link someplace.

Next surfing your site with a 22in widescreen monitor set to 1680 x 1050 resolution, I found the text too small to read and quickly lost interest.

IMPO - design for large resolution displays.

Wasnt too slow on 1.5 Mbit. Took about 15 seconds to load. I think if I was a client looking for a photographer I would have closed that tab after about 5 seconds. I really dont like waiting. Also my monitor is 1280x1024 and I had to look close to read the text, and Im a young fella. Very nice design though. When flash is done well it is awesome, and you have done an outstanding job!
