Has anyone yet seen comparisons of the Mk1 and the MkII, particularly on a 5D?

The price difference between the 2 looks like being around £500 over here....

Wow, that is a huge difference! They are only ~$200 apart over here. There is a comparison between a mk2 and a 17-40 on FM. I have not seen a side by side between a mk1 and a mk2 yet.

We're looking at $1380 for a new Mk1 here, and $2500 for a Mk2.

So that Mk2 needs to be a lot better than the Mk1 for me.
