hi! is there a possible way to retain the ETTL2 function in your ex speedlights using pocket wizards or any radio trigger? i'm using the ste2 and it works great but the downside is the ste2 and the flash should have line of sight and that is not always the case. so the only solution i can think of is using radio trigger w/c what i know doesn't need line of sight in order for the transmitter and the receiver to communicate but you'll lose ettl2. thanks in advance!

best regards
cleng

The answer to that question is a simple NO.

Speedlights and the associated cameras need a communication channel to pass information for the ETTL (and its variations) to function.

All of the radio trigger systems such as the Pocket Wizard system are all nothing more than a remote control switch to cause something to happen.
