well, not really opium, but somewhat pychedelic none-the-less...

a good deal of PS manipulation. :)

It started out as a pretty straight forward water droplet on a CD. But after I spent the morning at the embassy applying for a new passport I needed a creative outlet, lol.

Here's what it looked like before:

Great idea, and it was interesting to hear you're ....excited about your passport as well.

I take passport photos, and only hear anger and frustration from customers....what a pain!

Ah, well...I love that second shot; it looks exactly like a marble.

Hi Athena. I'm not getting warm with the first one, but the second one, with the radiating color streams from the "planet" are quite interesting, especially with that swinging line inside the globe. I'd probably try with different colors, maybe with a less contrasting scheme? Nice "playing"...
