Here's my first attempt....still trying to get my PP down.
These weren't the best objects now that I think of it haha
Edit: ok, forget the horrible on the ducks haha, I was more concerned with getting the background and bottom to become seamless

I also made some flash mounts so I could mount them directly onto the box. Just got some 1/4x20 bolts and glued them into some Tees.
And here are a couple shots using this setup.
Just noticed I needed to crop the last picture a bit. Oh well, you get the idea

What does matter is the fact that I can see the distracting pattern of the BG. You need to either put the BG further away or try to blow it out with PS or in-camera. I will tell you right now that in-camera is very difficult and may drive you nuts. However, it's only like that for me since I can't have any light bouncing back on my subjects or else it'll look less professional than I'd like. This isn't a hobby for me, so I can't afford to be lenient on myself like that. Do what's best for you. I decided I wanted something a little sturdier so I got some pvc tubing and put this together. I also made some flash mounts so I could mount them directly onto the box. Oh well, you get the idea Nice idea but you won't be able to have a lot of flexibility and creativity if you can't extend the arms that the flashes are attached to. Your lighting is harsh, try moving the lights 10 inches further back and see the magical difference. With more PVC tubing I can move the lights away as far as I want. Sounds good. I'm just making sure people understand that you don't put the light so close unless you're going for the harsher look. I often have to go for the harsher look depending on what I shoot. It works but only so well. I'd say it's fine if you're good at PP to make up for the boring lighting it makes. The first thing I decided to when I recieved it was take some lightbox photos. This is the result, the lens is sharp boy.
