I'm using foamcore, but the windows are white tissue paper (hey, it was handy). I'm going to change the windows and go with something a bit sturdier and, who knows? I'm using the double halogen work lights from HD that come on a stand (that you can remove them from). That setup worked quite well, but then work started to need bigger shots, so I built this:
I screwed the lights into the shelf above the light box. I'm using translum from B&H Anyway, here are some sample shots:
