I got my Canon A630 for X-mas this year and I'm still learning all about it.
I want my pictures to come out more clear though, it seems they come out grainy sometimes. Today I was outside taking a picture of my dog in the snow, and I just don't like how it came out. I used the snow setting, but usually I use the custom setting.
Anyway, what settings do you all use to get nice, clear shots?
I've attached the image from today to this post (below).
They do come out clear sometimes though, I just want them to come out clear every time, lol.
This is a different one I took the other day, which I think came out really well. I want them to come out like this all the time.

^Those ones were taken with 400 ISO and in the custom setting. I had to use NeatImage to reduce the noise from the higher ISO though.
