This was taken at Animal Kingdom last May. It is native to Florida (no leg band), and I believe that it is a juvenile Green Heron. What do you think? Thanks.

It doesn't seem to be the case in America ?? but most authorities use the term juvenile to describe the bird from hatching through to it's first moult. Your bird may be older than that and infact is probably in it's second moult or what is called it's first-winter plumage. As a general term immature is much less confusing and encompasses all moults.
