I have a S3 IS and it alwasy seems to have dust on it, along with my nikon coolpix L1 which ALWAYS has dust, and I can't get anything in there to clean it well.

I shoot outside, all day, so I was wondering if there is something out there that you can put on the glass to repel the dust and dirt.

You mean that the lens has dust on ot ?
I'd say that if the dust doesn't show in the pictures (my bet is that it doesn't) - then don't worry about it. Just be sure to clean it occasionally :)

Best wishes,
Oleg.

problem with the nikon is that it does show up, when I'm taking pictures in harsh light, which is probably 1/4 of the pictures I have to take. I try holding my hand over the lens a little to act as a lens hood, but then it's harder to hold the camera steady
