Ronald,

This is the case I use for my ABs:

The listed price is pretty meaningless. Get it on ebay for much less.

I find the case to be perfect for the alien bees. It is well made and has plenty of room. They don't have an interior shot of the case on their site so here it is:

It has enough room for 4 strobes, all reflectors, some grids, all wires, etc. The outside of the case has three straps that can be used to hold light stands/tripods or other similar pieces.

Also, there is a bit more than 2" of room between the inside of the top cover and the top of the dividers when the case is closed. I ordered some foam pieces to utilize this space. I will have a thin piece of plexiglass with 1/2 an inch of foam on the bottom. On top, I will have thicker foam in which I will cut out shapes to hold other pieces of equipment (like multiple speedrings).

Read the reviews on amvona, they are pretty good. Also, several reviewers mention that the handle is not locking and therefore the case can't be pushed. I don't know if they updated the design, but the case I received has handles that lock in two different positions and works well.

Good luck with your search.

I'm looking for a case for my Alienbees. It'd have to fit 4 B800's and all the cords. I don't mind it being huge, I just need it. I looked at the one on the AB site, but I'm not thrilled with the apparent quality of it.

Anyone have any ideas?

I use a rolling tool box by Stanley that I got at HomeDepot or Lowe's. It holds four White lighting units, reflectors, cords, gels, grids and speedrings, and has a divided tray in the top for small items. No padding, but I use cords and cable to pack around the flash units and haven't had any problems in 5 years.
