Great colours, great composition, great focus and the catchlight in the sharp eyes from the reflector works really well. You've done this before haven't you?

Thanks for the kind words :)
Actually this is only the second time I have done anthing with getting the eyes brighter. The only other time I did one was last week following instructions in this months Practical Photography in the UK.
The light in the eyes isnt a reflector, its a table in the garden !
I did adjust the levels, and as you can see in the before shot, he had a big black grease mark on his forehead so I had to use the heal and clone options to get rid of it. I also got rid of a few blemishes etc.
I added a bit of saturation as well.
Below is the before and after shots.
Ben

How did they manage before photoshop? Great fix, you can't see the joins. Keep up the good work, I'll be watching! And by the way, in photography, a table in the garden is known as a reflector....

Thanks for the nice words.
It has inspired to pick my camera up more often. Just waiting for the decent weather here in the UK, and I think I'll buy a 70-200 f4 IS as well, as I only have two cheap old zooms atm.

Perhaps I should take the garden table with me everywhere I go! :D
