My wife works at the San Diego Zoo, so I spend a lot of time there...

Canon 20D and, for the most part, Canon 100-400 IS L.

The Lynx, Snow Leopard and Pallas' cat were shot though wire-fronted enclosures. It's sometimes very hard to eliminate wire from the images...
