Well, i was walking to lunch, and saw he was back at it again, and seemed to really be on something. of course no sooner than i took off my backpack and reached for the camera, he dove down. it was a great catch, but i didnt have the camera ready in time. luckily when ospreys catch something they tend to fly around and tell everyone about it, so i got some after the fact shots.

yeah I hear you on the timing though. I am the same way.
when I was attempting to get some lightning shots last year every time there was a strike my buddy was like, did you get it, what about that one, my reply was Noooooo I bloody missed it again.
good shots none the less though.

That's one huge fish he has managed to capture and a good feast for him after.

well, you missed the focus on the fishes eye in the first shot........

WOW BIG Fish. Did you shoot the fish with the eagle or the eagle with the fish lol. Great shots well done
