Ross - this is the Casper Ice Rink. Lights are quite dim. I was on some steps just behind the bench.

Jim - we had a rude reminder of that ;) It was "pole-to-pole" driving conditions for the first 50 miles (between Sheridan and Casper). Ross knows about Wyoming "pole-to-pole" driving!

Hopefully you brought the chains, the sleeping bag and the Bob Seger CD again!

:)

Of course - Fire Lake sure sounds good in the stereo in my new 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser with locking rear diff and a-trac ;)

problem with long slow drives to hockey is the car is filled with teens, and they pick the music. actually not so bad, my son likes old classic rock-n-roll. but some of the other kid's choices - ugh.

nice shot by the way -- the blurred skates work here, add to sense of motion.

Happily my rules are I drive...I choose!

But most the kids like my selections of Megadeth, Metallica, and my favorite, Anthrax!

yes Headbangers unite....

And never will there be any (C)rap played unless it's the Beastie Boys.

:)
