does anyone have any thoughts/comments on this Impact light kit? B&H has a special that was in their recent catalog for this kit with an extra light/boom. I figured for a starter kit at a price of around $230, it might not be so bad. This would be my first light kit! I certainly appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks in advance,

If you intend to mostly take images of things that might move, like human beings, I would strongly recommend flash instead of continuous lights (as you cite in your post).

There are numerous posts in this forum that highlight the grand upside of flash (over continuous lights).

Enjoy! Lon
