I'm going to send my rebate in now. The rebate form says it you too put your upc and serial number with the rebate. I found the UPC code easily but where is the serial number?

B&H put a sticker on the above where the UPC code is. It has a bar code and Order number on it, but no serial. Should I send this in too? Its not from canon but from B&H.

Current: Canon 40D w/BG-E2N, Canon 30D, Canon 10-22mm, Canon 17-55mm 2.8 IS w/EW-83J, Canon 70-200mm 2.8L IS, Canon 580EX II, Crumpler 6 Million Bag, and B+W MRC on all my glass.

I thought that the rebate period had expired unless there is a new rebate program.

The purchase period has closed. The redemption period has not.

Thanks very much for asking about the rebate. I had misread the information and thought that I had missed the deadline for mailing in my rebate on the 580EX that I bought in late January (saw the February 19 date and misread it to be the mail-in deadline). Now, I can mail in my rebate too. Guess that I owe you a beer.

Make copies of everything, double and triple check everything before sending it off.

BTW, if you check the status online and it says "error" at any time, call them, and they will probably process your check right away. I have gotten both of my rebate checks within about 3 weeks of sending in for them because I have called to follow up, and they have processed the check right then while I am on the phone. It works out pretty good!
