Which hood for which lens on a crop camera?

When putting a FF lens on a crop camera, the efficiency of the standard hood is always decreased. This is more evident on wider lenses than telephoto lenses.

Could we make this the thread where we accumulate information on what hood works best with which lens (primes and zooms) on a crop camera?
