This was my first time on assignment as a freelance photographer. The newspaper is out of Boston and is called the Boston Phoenix. I was terrified. It was stressful because I felt I really needed to produce something. I've been paid by a band before but not a major publication! I felt like I had to prove myself, we want more work right. My pictures needed to sell me to them. Hopefully it was accomplished. No matter what, it was a great experience and I hope to have the opportunity again in the future.
