I was trying to capture my horses in the snow storm, get good DOF while trying to get the correct WB with all the snow and no sun. I used the AV setting and set it at F9.0 iso 400 , FL 200 with a 28-200 tamron lens.

I love the composition and subject matter of this photo, it's just really blown out. Nothing u could have really done considering the conditions. But I went ahead and toned it down brightness wise, and thought it was perfect for a B&W.

I like it, but I think a tighter crop might be better. Maybe right in the middle of your name, in the dead space between the trees on the horizon.
