Camera recommendation

What would you all suggest to be a good camera to take hundreds of pictures per day? probably 90% will have the fill flash on so the flash has to have a super fast recharge. Megapixels doesn't matter because all photos will be cropped to 640x480, just need clear images and needs to be small enough to throw in a pocket.

thanks for any suggestions, the cheaper the better since it's just going to get worn out fast
