Hi I just got the latest version of PScs2 and just starting to work in Raw format and was wondering when I finish with a Pic and want to print do I need to save in a different format to take and have enlarged and printed? Thanks.

It's better to regret things you have done than to regret things you haven't done

Well, since you can't save back in to RAW/CR2 format, that is kinda a given. ;)

If your printer supports it, I suggest TIF - it is a lossless compression so you will have the best image possible for printing from.
