I would suggest checking out the Paramount Cord website and possibly giving Paramount a call.

It sort of looks like a female "Bi-Post" connector, but this is just a wild stab. And, most cords with a "Bi-Post" connection would be the same gender as you plug on the flash end, so would not work.
I am unsure if even the center to center spacing, or the pin diameter is the same as the "Bi-Post".
So, do not just go to Paramount and indicate you want a "Bi-Post" cords are you are likely to be disappointed.
If you have a good used camera store in your area ask to look at the sync cord "Hell Box". They all have one, with snake piles of all sorts of sync cords. I have personally looked through thousands of cords over the years. You might get lucky. I have.
You could also just forget the obtuse cord and get an inexpensive hotshoe to PC adapter that you could connect a more common cord to.
