My Cousin

On a recent trip to shoot some skating with my cousin. What do you think?

I like your crop in #2, and the lighting is interesting, but I think the subject came out a bit soft -- maybe if he moved a bit and this was a long exposure. Some better lighting in #1 to bring out more details in his face and skateboard might have made this one better, and I would crop out the bright part at the top of your finished product.

Yeah, it was a really long exposure. I attempted to sharpen it some in Photoshop.

All my action shots were junk, it was really back-lit, and I'd never shot skating before. Oh well, I guess you learn!
