The duck is nicely composed and exposure is spot on as well as nice use of a large aperature while still maintaing focus on the subject.

But resize this to 800 pixels so when I open it he appears to be flying across the screen instead of making a old man squint ;).

You did this with the Sigma 70-300mm DG APO Macro?. Just went an got one for the heck of it. Hope it works as well on my 5D?

Now I have to return the Sigma??!LOL. Maybe you should put the 100-400IS L in your list of armaments?

Can't cause it's not my lens was a friends. The Sigma is ok. I have seen people take great people pictures with it

OK? So I keep the Sigma (its cheap) and also buy the 400 f5.6 L USM. Mmmm - Yer causing me to really, spend money today. Anyway - GREAT images! Do you use a tripod as well?
