I will be looking forward to the answers - but an idea came to mind - you might be able to go to a scrapbook store and purchase a special cutter to do this for you - If you are already printing boarderless, then this should not be a problem, and you wouldn't loose much size.

If you are mass production, then this could be a problem w/ time consuption.

I think what you are referring to are called "Die Cut Wallets". This is a trimming process that is done after the prints are made. Most Professional Labs offer this service. I do my own with a die cutter from Veachco.com . I hope this helps.
