I have a snapshot here where the subject looks nice but the background is less than desireable. I dodged it hoping to make the image better, but am not happy with the results. Here are the original and the mod for your critique and suggestions.

Any PP tips on how to turn a snapshot into a portrait (or turn lemons into lemonade?)

[EDIT]: is this one even worth the work?

Thanks!
Joe

Maybe try the extract filter Joe. Or maybe the madnetic lasso and then inverting to dodge the background.
