FB: Ken was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt in answering any and all of my concerns and was very easy to communicate with. The 50D and accessories were in an excellent condition. I still struggle to find any evidence that this camera was used at all!

There was a mix-up and I accidentally received his 7D charger instead of the 50D charger, which wasn't a problem since the batteries he shipped were fully charged. Even then, he apologized and express mailed me the charger, which arrived promptly in two days all the way from Rhode Island (I live in Los Angeles).

Ken takes great care of his equipment, and I will strive to do the same with my new purchases. Thank you, Ken.
