I bought a 580EX flash. It was supposed to come with a diffuser but he forgot to include it with the package. He promptly gave me the option for a credit or have it delivered.
I opted for the credit. He was really upset that he forgot to include it and immediately wanted to make it right. He did! Things happen and it was no big deal to me but it was to him. Great guy.
