Comment: As both Richard and I live in the Boston area, I had the opportunity to meet Richard for a local deal. The lens was in perfect condition - just as described in Richard's post on the forum. He included the unfilled warranty card and a copy of of the purchase receipt. He even offered to refund my money should I find a problem with the lens after I got back home.

Summary: Great guy, great lens, perfect transaction! Thanks Richard!

Szie came down to meet me, and gave me a guided tour of the camera, as I've not used a 1 series camera before. He showed me things to look out for (e.g. the mount) that are often problematic on bodies that have had super teles on, and was a really great guy. He even didn't show annoyance the fact I forgot the charger (which I'm posting today), and didn't have the lens box with me (still have to dig that out following my recent house move). I'd happily trade with him again - thoroughly nice guy!
