ZoomBrowser EX Updater i can't download photo by my cameras

Hi
i did install the canon cd , and i did update canon digital photo pro & ZoomBrowser EX Updater

ok i update digital photo professional to version 2.2 and it works great

after i update ZoomBrowser EX Updater 5.7.0

and when i connect my 350 or 20D , the canon software doesn't detect my camera

why?:confused:


canon 5d markII,24L & 24ts , 35L ,17-40L,24-70L,70-200 2.8ISL,50 1.4,85 1.4 , canon eos 3 ,eos 5 ,t90 , ae program and some very sweet fd lenses
3 analogic Hasselblad and 2 anologic Mamiya

Do you have EOS Utility installed? That is the Canon photo downloading applet. You can download it from the Canon web site.

i installed EOS Utility 1.5 but i doesn't work

Most of us use a USB card reader, then copy and paste the images from the CF card directly to the hard drive. So much faster than connecting the camera to the PC. ( And you don;t have to haul your camera out of the bag every time you want to process images.

I keep my camera bag in the car most of the time, then I just pop my CF card out and stick it in my pocket when I head into the house.

And I don't use zoom browser, just open DPP and go directly to the J drive (usb card reader)

yeah thanks i will take in consideration

but anyway i would like to let it work and solve my software problem
