Festival of Colors...

These pictures were taken on the colorful festival of Holi. The festival of Holi is celebrated on the day after the full moon in early March every year. It is also called the Festival of Colours. On this day people Throw colors at each other. This festival occurs at the onset of spring. It is India’s most celebrated festival along with Diwali.

Nice. I haven't played holi in years! Guess it's not so accepted here, in the western part of the world...nor is there a place to find rang (color) or pitchkaris (water guns). It was great to be a part of the festival every year...always had a blast. Thanks for taking me back there.
