I have played with it from time to time...

Sometimes the results are quite good, sometimes it just dosent work out on a given photo. Good for headshots usually.

Red paw media has a free plug in called beautifier... It will help with the skin and add a glow... but photo pro will do re-shaping which no plug in that i know of will do...
