Well you all definitly came up with some great ideas. I had a hard time narrowing them all down to ten choices, and there was no way i could narrow any more. So i chose the top ten based on originality, fittingness, and most importantly, ability to be used in a sentence . there were lots of really funny names, that no one could really say, so im afraid i had to drop them, but they were really good .

So here you go, i am allowing you to vote for your top 3 out of 10.

if you want to see all the names check out the contest thread:
https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=287078

ill let this poll go through the weekend until Tuesday March, 13 at 11:50 to give everyone a fair chance.

SO VOTE AWAY!

Bleh, I don't really like any of these. There were at least 10 others from the other thread I would put above all 10 of these. I guess SigZilla out of this list.

Personally, I think it needs to be something with hernia in it... just looking at it hurts. ;)

Why can't it be the BFL? Any Doom fans from back in the day know what that stands for.

I voted Sigmasaurus Rex.

I just wish I could have got my idea in the poll to call it the "Sigar" (only because ONE of their lense should be called a sigar)
