With that big lens staring a subject in the face- the name "Sigclops" comes to my mind.:)

I dream of Heaven.
My cameras dream of "L".
photograph/snapshot ratio 1/250 and I'm okay with it.

I think the person who (1) actually first gets one, (2) shows what it can do, and (3) posts at an online forum gets to name the lens.

You better hope I don't get one or we'll all be calling it "Kong's Dong."

Or better yet, the person/persons who named it get a free one to review and test and own and love and cherish...

Ok...May I be the first to recommend we hold a run-off for SigZilla and Sigmasaurus Rex? Since the winner won by plurality and not majority, that means that a majority did NOT want that as the winner....so let's let them decide among the two top ones.

Personally, I will NEVER call the lens by that long, silly sounding name (it sound's like a 4th grader would use it, no offense). Something tells me that SigmaSaurus Rex wouldn't be picked by a lot of people who picked the other names.

What do you think? Run off? My hopes to not have a 'nickname' that is longer to say than the real name of the lens might have one more shot.
