Shooting the sunset @ Kailua-Kona during vacay, I saw this gent come into my frame and started to cast his fishing line into the sea... Initially I was pissed off that he ruined my beautiful sunset scenery... But then I looked into the viewfinder again and thought this would be a much better shot... Instead of just the sunset and its amazing sunrays, the addition of the gentlemen fishing and the palm trees add more to the capture than what I could've imagined... With that said, thank you to the fishing man FOR NOT ruining my shot, but making it better than I visually expected!!!

As the saying goes, "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade..." This was definitely LEMONADE!!!

He kept riding back and forth, I just liked how the sun was peeking between the houses and gave him a great rim light as he went across that small area.

"Gone Fishing" Not comfortable taking candid shots of strangers. Shot this from my hip so I wouldn't be noticed.
