I took this shot while on a passenger train ride in Lancaster PA. We were stopped waiting for a train to pass on the opposite track and I happened to notice this family in the car just across from mine. To this day I haven't taken a candid photo that is more powerful than this one. Just look at the intense stare of the man looking directly into my lens.
Here is another photo I am quite fond of and this is an Amish family on their way to Church.
