Just a standard flash rotation bracket (CB Jr.) when it's over camera at events and on standard light stand with umbrella bracket when it's off camera fired by 580EX or ST-E2. These items are generic (little difference between brands/models).

I have a Custom Bracket. I don't use it much. I keep my T5D on a light stand most of the time.
