That and the tech help. I use a webhost that isn't the cheapest or the fastest, but it's rarely "down" and the tech support and response time is outstanding. I've stuck with him for several years now. Canon EOS 20D / EF100mm F2.8 USM Macro / +the kit lens that I now feel like throwing away.
