Hey guys,

I'm kind of new here, but I'm mainly a MX shooter.

Here's a few from the St Louis Supercross.

Ok, how did you score your media credentials? So jealous! I'm guessing these were shot with a 300 f2.8 IS...am I right?

Really great stuff here! GO CHAD GO!

Thanks Skippy.

I've been working with a mag up here in Canada for a couple years now, and the editor puts in the request for credentials.

As far as the 300 f2.8 IS, I wish! The 300 is right, and the IS is also correct, but sadly the f2.8 part is f4.0 on the one I have. It's a really good lens, but I want to trade it in for the 2.8 next winter.

Got some great shots of Ricky and Bubba though. We have an outdoor motocross come around here every summer and working for a paper, I get to get up close as well. Can't wait to try some of the new glass I got at it this year.

Excellent shots. These are really sweet.

I would assume you are talking about Unadilla? If so, maybe I'll see you there this year. I was there last year for the first time, and it was great. You can see some of the photos here..

Thanks guys.

Bryno, the shots with the 300 f/4 were at ISO 1600 and ISO 3200. The exif is intact on the 3rd shot.

Very Nice. Your WB is perfect, most you see under the lights are kinda jacked up. You shooting RAW?

Thanks guys. Auto white balance, and I shot jpg.

Go #105. Canadian boy kicking ass. Sorry Simon, but I have to go with my fellow Canadian. He sure is popular in the Canadian MX scene right now.

I was using a 580. As far as normal settings, flash is auto, manual exposure or AV, auto white balance, shooting jpg.
