Looks like a Vauxhall Corsa. As standard, they have engines smaller than 1.4L. The VXR has a 1.6L.

It's known as a Corsa, here in the UK. The VXR may only have a 1.6 litre engine, but the UK spec cars are fitted with a turbo, and kick out 195 BHP ! A real pocket-rocket !

Yeah, It's a 2006 VW GLI (basically the "sport" model of the Jetta platform). It has had a number of different looks over the years. currently on stock wheels painted gold and a plastidipped Jetta Grille vs the OEM honeycomb.
