Remote flash setup

hey.

i'm looking at getting myself a remote flash setup.

i've read the topic at the top, and know sort of what i'm after.

i'm based in the UK (central Scotland) and not sure where or exaclty what make or model of bits to buy.

so if someone could help me out, point me in the direction of everything i need.. that wold be much appreciatied.

Are you refering to a flash bracket?
if so you will #1 need a bracket-lots of good brands out there and a special syn cord that will attach to the camera and on the other end is a hot shoe that attches to the bracket and flash. I bought this sync cord-canon brand $60.00.
Or more of a stand w/umbrella to hook your flash to?- this I personally can not help you with
