I just finished up most of my website. I will put more galleries later, but I wanted the forums feedback. Do you like it? Does it display ok? Is it slow/fast? It is optimized to work with Firefox, using broadband and flash at 1024x768 or higher. Thank you. This is my first ever website, so I welcome your C&C. Keep in mind that it is not 100% complete just yet.

Looks good! Simpleviewer is a nice album-viewer, plain, clean and simple to use!

Oh and nice pics, especially like the abstract ones!

Thanks for the comments. Did it load quickly enough for you?

Just a suggestion... have you considered making the main image on the main page a link directly to the galleries section?

Nice site and I like the design. Simple and effective. Load time was fine for me on dsl.

if you make the text the same color as the background in simpleviewer the logo becomes invisible. As do titles, but I don't think they're needed

I like simpleviewer also as it allows any crop of picture to be accommodated. On my monitor, and this is also a little of personal preference creeping in, I have to scroll vertically to get the whole viewer onto the screen (1280x800) which means I lose the menu at the top.
I am also on 56k dial-up in the UK and the gallery is quite slow to load (over four minutes to load all the wedding gallery).
Hope this helps you a bit - please reciprocate with your comments on my site Karl Bungey Photography (external link) if you wouldn't mind (Click here to go to the appropriate post)
