is there a place to buy a replacement LCD?

for a konica minolta dimage x20, the screen has busted, i took it apart and it's a Casio, 1.5" i believe. The camera isn't worth a lot but i wanted to see if i could find a new screen for it

You might have more luck on a Konica minolta forum - this one is Canon


Panasonic TZ5 ;Canon IXUS 850; (Canon 400D, 17-85IS; 75-300; bag; filters and all that stuff given to my very clever daughter for passing her exams!)

If all else fails, you could buy one (or two) broken ones of eBay and hopefully you'll get a good working screen. I just checked, and it looks like you can get them for $15-20 shipped. This one recently ended:
