First event of the year (but it wasn't supposed to be!). Got called the night before so I threw together all my gear scattered throughout the garage and shot the Spring '07, Midwest Shootout. It was overcast for the most part, I'd like the colors to pop a bit more, just needed a bit more light.

Erik ~ Is the captioning in bottom an automated function? I like the look.

The band isn't automated. I created a layer, colored the band at the bottom white, faded it to ~50%, add the text, then put it on to of each layer as I saved each sample. I'm betting you could do the same thing with Arles to automate it as I'm pretty sure it reads PSDs. If you are consistent in your web samples, just make a template up and change the text per each event. Since I only do 6-10 samples, it's no biggie, but if you wanted to put it on all images in your gallery, I'd go with the Arles function (or write an action in PS).
