I love the smile in yours better - I took mine from a low angle and could not block the spot behind him but really wanted to capture the look on his face as he sang the chorus to "Believe"

I think your lighting is much better than mine ... the lights behind work for me!

Oh bloody heck Dwight! How on earth are we supposed to compete with THIS?!

Its thanks to scandalous pictures like this, that I have finally been persuaded that HE should get that shockingly expensive 300 2.8L....

Lucky I know that you are a lovely, kind and considerate person, else I may have thought that you actually LIKE making us feel like we should clip shut our peli cases and stand quietly in the back, hoping one day we can measure up!

There ya' go ... I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't! At least no one can suggest that I don't shoot blacks ... um, er, ah, African Americans!

Everyone's photos are fantastic. There sure is a lot of inspiration out there for the inexperienced.

Here are a few photos I took last weekend during the Live Oak Music Festival. Keep in mind I'm an amature, struggling to advance my career!

The exif is in most images. In the FAQ there are a few links to EXIF readers...

Disclosure: MikefromEarth is my son. The pictures he just posted in here are the first I've seen of his other than flash in the club setting. I like them although the last is cropped a little tight.

Yeah, they're OK. Honestly I didn't have enough memory to shoot enough pics to get a real good one. That's recently been solved, though, so I shouldn't encounter that problem again any time soon!

There are some great pics in this thread folks.

I'm wondering how you guys get those quality shots? Are you pros with credentials and allowed to take in professional gear? And where are you positioned? Many are not very angled upwards so they don't seem like front row positions.
