I have an s230 and i would love to take some night shots. i am in the process of building a tripod but i cant seem to figure out how to slow down to shutter speed to 15 secs? can someone please help me. thanks!

You can find that in the REC menu. Refer to page 65 of you manual. If you don't have one, you can get an English one here: -Dave
