Any ideas?

This was taken outside with fill flash. I have already done a lot of PS touch ups and color corrections, etc. I wanted to do more of a glamour effect but nothing looks quite right.
Anyone have any ideas? Does the PS work look ok? Should I leave it as is?
Thanks!!

Post a link to the original and I'll have a stab at it for you. The one you posted is a little blurry to work with.

I would definitely add saturation and a bit more contrast (but not enough to lose detail in the near-shadow areas).

This edit only took 20 seconds (literally). All I did was add saturation and tweaked the hue and temperature a bit. I'm sure others can do much better with it.

Hey, I know that chick...

I can't help you with the photoshop stuff. She was always pretty cute in my book though ;) Do Scottish girls get more color than that? :p

I wish you posted a link to the original image so I can fix the eyes too.

Lovely model and I like the edits as well as the original! However, I think a bit more of a crop from the top really would enhance things.... Not down to her hair, but a bit above it. Seems to work better for me. Of course, your mileage may vary. 8)

Have you tried a B&W version?

Okay, I totally glammed it up for you.. Darkened eyelashes top and bottom..bumped up eye color, dodged whites and irises, burned lips, cheeks, gaussian blur to soften skin,
bumped contrast/brightness a bit and boosted overall saturation, then reduced reds and magentas just a bit... oh and I did a defog through USM... :)

You asked for glam, so it might be over done, but I think you were looking for something dramatic. ;) Let me know and I can remove it if you like....

by the way.. she's very pretty naturally... I think I'll add a b&w per the last posters question..

I like Alby's edit, but Kristy's is a bit overdone for me. Nice shot, which ever edit you choose.

You're welcome. I can send you the PSD file if you want me to, so you can see the detail of what I have done.

As for the eyes, the left eye looks a little bit oversharpening to me.
