Very good series. Where in Wales were these taken? I think I like #9 the most, I think the wall really draws the eye into the photograph. I also like number 1 but I would like to see a little more saturation.

Thanks....these were took in snowdonia in NW Wales. The mountain (amongst a other peaks on route) we went up that day is in the title.

That first pic is like sitting on top of the world. Wales - where the land's so big you can watch shadow-clouds as big as counties roll across the plains. ;) Thanks for sharing.

I agree with most. I like them all too, I get a kind of surreal feeling with several of them. It's hard to judge the scale, somehow they seem like the mountains could be macros of smaller rocks. Just the quick initial impression they made on me.

Really like them though, where were they taken?

I've got to add that you have some nice work. It's just that they look unreal.

Thanks again everyone :)

These are all Snowdonia in Wales UK.

As I have mentioned there was what I can only describe as strange light on the day. Sun through thin cloud cover produced this and combined with the light spattering of snow I think it produced some unusual exposures. I didn't like it at first but it's kind of growing on me now :)
