OK .. Im not sure how much of a problem this is, but it could be very annoying. And yes, I know, I am very anal about the things I love (including my camera).

I just pulled out my S3 to confirm an answer to a question on here, and I noticed that my LCD might not be working properly.

I always keep my LCD swiveled in and closed and before I tuen the camera on I swivel out the LCD and then turn the camera on. Well, lately when I do this the camera starts up with the display in the EVF (viewfinder) and I have to cycle through the display until it appears on the LCD. It should start up on LCD if I have it set to LCD as I always do (I dont like the EVF).

This time however it wouldnt cycle back on the the LCD. I had to unswivel the LCD and open it up again before it would change.

Has anyone else had this weird problem? I hope it is not the start of another bigger LCD issue. (I have heard too many horror stories).

Thanks guys, as I know I will get tonnes of responses.

It's not happened to me Thomas, but I'm more inclined to leave the LCD in it's position, but facing outward, except when I need to flip it out.
